Billing & Refunds

• Monthly plans: no refund — access ends at billing period end upon cancellation.
• Annual plans: prorated refund for unused months only.
• Cancellation is self-service through the Stripe billing portal in your account settings.
• Maximum liability is limited to 12 months of payments.
• 30 days written notice if service is discontinued; prorated refunds provided to all annual subscribers.

Your Data

You own your data. You can export it at any time. If you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
